Another Happy Customer!

The Royal Alfred Seafarer’s Society, in Surrey has become one of the latest homes to begin using CMS and in a recent article published on the manager Anne Kasey has said "it has helped her staff tremendously"

CMS was installed at the residence back in September 2013 and according to Anne, "Introducing the new system has really helped our staff. All entries are automatically named, timed and dated as well as being easy to read, unlike some handwritten versions."
“We’re also able to contact staff through an easy to use electronic messaging system. Not only does it make recording and communicating easier for us, but it benefits residents’ families as clear information is easily accessible.”
