At the beginning of the year we introduced a range of support packages  These packages were designed to give different levels of support depending on the specific requirements of a home.  So, while Ablyss CMS is very easy to use, the support packages give managers the confidence their users are completely up to speed with all areas of the system and really getting the most out of it.
Last week Sonia Meyrick, Sales & Training Consultant at Ablyss spent the day at Hatch Mill Residential and Nursing Home in Farnham providing a refresher session on CMS Desktop and also trained staff on CMS Tablet.
The staff had been using CMS Desktop for a couple of weeks but had lots of questions and Sonia also provided them with some top tips.  Everyone was excited by CMS Tablet and with comments like, 'I love it' and 'it is so straight forward', they were all very much looking forward to using it.
We think our customers are really seeing the benefits of these support packages.
